Our Story
Brock’s Blend started when I was just getting into cooking and needed a reliable seasoning blend. I found myself using a lot of the same ingredients while seasoning my dishes, so I figured creating my own proprietary seasoning blend would be the best solution. This led me to creating a well-balanced recipe.
The spice mix was well-received, getting an abundance of positive reviews and compliments about the food I was creating with it–some even suggested that I should consider selling it. When a restaurant I worked in used my spice mix on their chicken one night and received rave reviews, I knew it was time to seriously consider bottling and selling my blend.
Over the past year, I have been working hard to turn this concept into something real that can be shared with everyone. Now featured in multiple restaurants across the south, I am excited to introduce you to Brock’s Blend!

We use this product in our Restaurant in Auburn, AL (Tiger on The Green) and we love it!

About Brock
My name is Brock, I’m 23 years old, and I am the youngest of 3. Growing up, I watched my parents cook but had too big of an interest in sports to ever give a thought to pursuing my culinary interests. Following high school, I moved to Martin, TN to follow my dreams of playing Division I baseball. After 2 years of being a student-athlete, I hung up the cleats in search of the next chapter in my life. This consisted of finding the love of my life, my wife Morgan. I took my first job in a restaurant kitchen at Blake’s at Southern Milling, and I immediately fell in love with it. There is something about those long hours and fast-paced days combined with friends and the joy of serving amazing food that makes my job so rewarding. My wife and I have since moved to Cookeville,TN, where we work and take care of our 2 dogs, Chef & Maverick
